Pricing and Payments

  • Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

Late payments may result in additional charges or refusal of future services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must:

  • Secure pets and valuable items during service.

  • Provide accurate information about the property or vehicle condition.

  • Notify us of any potential hazards on site.

  • Failure to comply may result in service delays or refusal.

Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or present a risk to staff.

  • Heavily soiled or damaged vehicles or properties may incur additional charges.

  • Results of detailing, cleaning, or mowing services can vary depending on condition, and perfection is not guaranteed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please notify us within 24 hours. We may, at our discretion, offer a re-clean or corrective service at no extra charge.

Health and Safety Protocols

  • Our team follows health and hygiene protocols. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses a health risk.

Force Majeure

  • MZMA Services is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, accidents, natural disasters, pandemics, or utility outages.
