At MZMA Services, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning, car detailing, and mowing services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You notify MZMA Services within 24 hours of service completion regarding dissatisfaction with the quality of the service provided.

  • The issue is directly related to the service delivered by MZMA Services and not caused by external factors (e.g., pre-existing damage, weather, customer negligence).

  • You have given MZMA Services the opportunity to correct the issue (e.g., through a re-clean or follow-up service).

  • Refunds will only be processed after verification that the service was performed as scheduled.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours by phone or email with your booking details and a description of the issue.

  • Upon review, if your refund request is approved, MZMA Services will offer either:

    • A full or partial refund, or

    • A complimentary re-clean or corrective service.

  • Refund amounts may be partial or capped depending on the extent of the service completed.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or other agreed-upon methods within 7 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services where the issue was not reported within 24 hours.

  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural deterioration.

  • Damage caused by pets, unsecured property, or hazardous environments.

  • Customer cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice (cancellation fees may apply as per our Terms and Conditions).

  • Situations covered by the Force Majeure clause, such as natural disasters or pandemics.
